Greece's people day 5  Youth exchange in Ovindoli, Italy

Today we woke up with impatience. A hiking trail was waiting for us. We took our breakfast as always talking with each other, sharing , even when it is too early. On our way to parco sirente velino we were lucky to have our personal tour 'guides', as the drivers with their hospitality gave us some information about the sites in our way. Of course sometimes it was helpless not to get distracted by the beautiful scenery around. Nature, in its pure form, truly overwhelming. Upon our arrival a surprise was there for us. The local authorities have planned a special welcome for us. New trails, innovative ways of promoting tourism and championships were among the things that they talked us about. Our expectations for this day might be totally different, but the mountains were still there, waiting for us patiently. The next day wouldn't take long to come and the honor of being hosted cooled down out impatience. The day continued but this time outreaching our expectations. After the dinner ( always with local cuisine and products) accompanied with more intercultural conversation we were left roaming in Ovindoli's 'caminos' talking with local people, trying to get information about our project, our mission here.
The day ends and another intercultural night takes place. This time the protagonists are Greece and Bulgaria, proving once more that borders is just a concept when people are willing to come together.
